That's the range we quote clients in most often, so that's what this guide breaks down: what "all-inclusive" actually covers, and what it works out to per person once you factor in your group size.

What "All-Inclusive" Actually Means

On a fully crewed BVI catamaran, the quoted rate covers the captain, the chef, all meals and beverages, fuel, moorings, BVI cruising permits, and the water toy program (paddleboards, snorkel gear, and often sea scooters or an efoil on the higher-end boats). The one thing that's never baked in is gratuity, which runs 15 to 20% of the base charter rate, paid directly to the crew at the end of the week.

Two numbers matter when you're comparing boats: the weekly rate, and the guest count that rate is built for. The same yacht can cost noticeably more at 8 guests than it does at 6, since the crew is provisioning and catering to more people.

Per-Person Cost by Group Size

Here's what that actually looks like, using real boats we've placed clients on recently.

6 Guests (46–50 ft catamarans, 3 cabins)

• Oceans 8 (Lagoon 46): $22,000/week. All-in for the week with gratuity: $21,686–$22,628, or $3,614–$3,771 per person.

• Hazel Della (Leopard 50): $23,500/week. All-in: $23,164–$24,172, or $3,861–$4,029 per person.

• Starry Night (Lagoon 46): $25,000/week. All-in: $24,643–$25,715, or $4,107–$4,286 per person.

8 Guests (50–65 ft catamarans, 4–5 cabins)

• Libra 50: $25,000 for the week at 8 guests. All-in: $28,750–$30,000, or $3,594–$3,750 per person. This is the most affordable way to get a full crew and chef at this headcount.

• Heysea SV60: $48,000 for the week at 8 guests. All-in: $55,200–$57,600, or $6,900–$7,200 per person.

• Lagoon 60: $55,000 for the week at 8 guests. All-in: $63,250–$66,000, or $7,906–$8,250 per person.

10 Guests (54–65 ft catamarans, 5 cabins)

Boats built for 10 don't usually get a separate 10-guest rate quoted upfront. We typically price them at the 8-guest rate first, and the total stays largely fixed as you fill the remaining berths, so the more of the boat you use, the lower your per-person number gets.

• Cocktails & Dreams (Bali 5.4, 5 cabins, sleeps 10): all-in at 8 guests runs $36,471–$38,057 ($4,559–$4,757 per person). Fill all 10 berths on the same total and that drops to roughly $3,647–$3,806 per person.

• Heysea SV60 (10-berth layout): all-in at 8 guests runs $56,350–$58,800 ($7,044–$7,350 per person). At a full 10 guests, that's roughly $5,635–$5,880 per person.

A quick caveat on those 10-guest numbers: they're our estimate based on spreading a fixed boat total across more people, not a separately confirmed 10-guest rate. A few yachts add a modest per-guest catering fee past a certain headcount, so we always confirm the exact number with the boat before anything gets quoted.

The Half-Board Option

If your group would rather be off the boat for dinner a few nights instead of eating every meal aboard, most of our crewed boats offer a half-board rate: breakfast daily plus a handful of lunches and dinners, with dinner mostly ashore. It trims $100 to $150 per guest off the charter rate. For a party of 8, that's $800 to $1,200 back. Gratuity still applies to the adjusted rate.
